There are many reasons why we respect someone it’s usually because of something they have done, can or will do that you or I cannot. If you are considering using a staffing firm it’s first important to take a close look at whom you are considering engaging your search with because this is an industry that has very few if any barriers to entry. They all talk about how different they are from other agencies because of immeasurable things like their work ethic, company culture, how much they truly care about what they do etc. Surprisingly they then offer up a simple one dimensional candidate search on either Monster or Career Builder which involves nothing more than a job posting and resume database search.
