| Job Description : | Reporting directly to the General Manager, this individual will be responsible for a variety of duties in a service oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a technical background as a Diesel Mechanic with previous experience working in a fleet environment in a management or senior lead position on trucks and/or busses. This position is considered a developmental position that can lead to opportunities for advancement into other branch or management roles within the company. You will be responsible for such daily activities as the supervision of work (quality and quantity), service commitment, work schedules for all the techs on your shift and maintaining corporate standards of health and safety in the workplace. You will also review work in progress as well as assist with the invoicing process and dispatching of resources when needed.

| Compensation : | $65,000 to $75,000 per year depending on experience and company vehicle. Full benefits which include dental and medical after 3 month probationary period and a 401(K) plan and Life Insurance. |
| Shifts : | Standard day shifts and you should have flexibility to work any hours as needed. |
