| Job Description : | A growing shop is looking for a Service Manager to oversee operations in their service department. You will bring with you strong leadership abilities and the skill to organize, train and supervise a team of 8 personnel. Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills are required for this role along with previous experience in a foreman or management capacity. Preference will be given to those with Agricultural equipment experience and I encourage all to apply. Relocation assistance can be provided for the right individuals on a case to case basis. |
| Compensation : | Starting salary of $55,000 per year (flexible depending on experience) plus incentives (lead to an expected range of $65,000-$70,000 per year) and full benefits after 3 months and pension after 1 year. |
| Shifts : | Days, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Monday to Friday). Should be flexible to work any hours as needed. |
