| Job Description : | This company is in need of a skilled Service Manager to oversee shop operations in a busy truck environment. The ideal candidate should posses a Commercial Vehicle Technician License as well as have 5+ years in a management role. As this is a customer care role, you will put client service at the forefront by developing and maintaining positive customer relations, both by direct interaction and through mentorship of your team which consist of many direct reports. Experience with payroll and employee relations are a necessity for this opportunity. You will work closely with the sales and parts department as well as be responsible for implementing the short and long term organizational strategies that support the corporate business plans. |
| Compensation : | $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year (negotiable) + bonuses and a great benefit package after the 3-month probation period. |
| Shifts : | Days, Monday to Friday. Should be available to work any hours as needed. |
