| Job Description : | A highly skilled manager with heavy equipment experience is required to lead a team of 15-20 Heavy Duty Mechanics. This role is responsible for all aspects associated with managing a large fleet of construction and mining equipment including maintenance and safety. Candidates should be experienced with developing and interpreting financial reports. The main goal of this position is have the department running at peak efficiency while operating within a strict budget. The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience, a bachelors degree and several years of management experience. Those bilingual English/Spanish will be given preference.
