| Job Description : | An immediate opening for Branch Operations Manager has become available in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA.) This role is with a national transportation company who is looking for a strong, educated manager with several years working in the heavy truck industry. This position will be a tailored, individual development plan with the intention of moving into a Directors role within 12 to 18 months. To be successful in this role candidates must be experienced with profit and loss, asset management, maintenance sales, customer management and labour management. This position will be responsible for all aspects associated with running a busy maintenance facility in the heavy truck industry.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree or MBA in business or transportation as well as several years management experience. This position will start at a branch in the Toronto area but candidates must be willing to relocate anywhere in Canada to assume the Director position at the conclusion of the Branch Operations Manager assignment.
