| Job Description : | An experienced Service Manager is needed to lead and direct a well established service department in Grande Prairie. Will be supervising a team of 4-5 Heavy Equipment/Farm Equipment Technicians and will be responsible for all aspects of the service department. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first attitude and be a goal driven individual focused on increasing revenues and department efficiency. To be successful in this role, candidates should have several years experience working with construction or agricultural equipment in a management capacity. Journeyman certificate in mechanics is not required for this role but will be considered a strong asset. |
| Compensation : | $65,000 - $80,000 per year (flexible depending on experience) plus benefits and possible performance based bonuses.
